Andy’s passion for fresh, simple, and natural food has been the cornerstone of his career. He has dedicated more than 35 years to refining the undisputable correlation between food and the body; more specifically how food supports performance and nourishes recovery.
Notably, it has been Andy’s pleasure to spend the last 10 years alongside some of the NHL’s Top Players and Alumni, feeding and educating them and their families.

Our meals are designed to support Performance, every step of the way. They are categorized as Pre-Performance and Post-Performance, each curated with ingredients to act as Fuel, Energy, and Recovery for your body.

Consume: <2 Hours Before Performance

Pre-Performance Meals are generally high in simple carbs, lean proteins, and low-fibre vegetables. This helps Fuel your body with the energy you need to perform at your best.

ENERGIZE
Consume: 2-4 Hours Pre-Performance

Pre-Performance Meals are generally high in healthy fats, proteins, and vegetable carbs. This helps prepare your body with the long-lasting Energy you need to perform at your best.

RECOVER
Consume: 30 Mins + Post Performance

Post-Performance Meals are generally high in complex carbs, healthy fats, protein, and fibrous vegetables. This helps feed your body with the right nutrition you need to fully Recover and build.
